Equal exchange for defective items ONLY. Do this within 30 days
Communication is KEY! Let us know ASAP if there is an issue. We reserve our right to refuse your request if the 30 days have passed (most likely we'll hook you up, bc we love our community, but please don't take advantage of a small biz- that ain't cool). If the item is discontinued, an equal or like-item will be substituted.

DAMAGES or ISSUES
All of our orders go through multiple inspection points, however we are still human and can make mistakes (SAY IT AIN'T SO!). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
